Are you able to share your PDO for WP Driver so that i can work on it and perhaps package it with the sqlite variant (attribution maintained of course). there may be ways to circumvent the IF NOT EXISTS problem through programmatic hacks. and the empty string = space thing is easily circumvented by shoving the results through trim() via an array_walk or other callback. I use MySQL on my personal servers and it works fantastic. But indeed, I'm another one of those guys who has to use MS SQL and would like to have WordPress if possible.
